Dun dun dun.

-cue sad, tear-inducing music-

OH WAIT.
I can't. My iPod is dead.

Yes'm, my iPod is deader than dead for a full 24 hours now. -cries- 7,000 songs, 1,000 pictures, full seasons of tv shows ... all gone. :( it is so heartbreaking. I won't lie; I shed a tear. Many tears, in fact. Anyone who knows me knows how important music is to me. Even people who just see me in passing know. I got on the shuttle home yesterday and the driver was like "WHERE ARE YOUR EARPHONES??" Sigh. That's all I've been doing is sighing. Can't do much else; I tried just about everything imaginable to get it to work and it just won't. So today I'm going to the Mall (reluctantly) to go to the Apple store and have them fix or replace it. I still have my receipt and my warranty so I should be okay, thank God. But for now, my world is just ... silent.

slaggie: it died!? ohno
slaggie: i'm sorry i know you're going through it
slaggie: you sans music is like me sans sports

Blahhh.

This weekend has been not-so-good. Short, but so tumultuous at the same time. T.G.I.F. Really! At least it's been productive to make up for it. Hit the studio on Tuesday, didn't finish the track but we're getting there. Probably getting in there to finalize it so we can work on some new stuff. -crosses fingers- should be a fun time. Fun weekend in general. I want to go out dancing, since last week really so perhaps I'll do that tonight. Maybe go to the new Harbor on Saturday. On the way to the studio I saw it all lit up from 95 and pretty much broke my neck craning to see. It looks so pretty; hopefully that happens.

Baby Mama too. If I don't see that movie this weekend I'll kill Peanut. We were 'posed to see it months! (maybe like a month) ago and he went and saw it without me. And then had the nerve to keep saying how good it is. Black people. -rolls eyes-
